brought Michael into the universe of virtual and digital care delivery. Michael has led numerous investments in technologies designed to improve the lives of individuals by addressing their health and wellness needs through the use of virtual and
digital care solutions. Michael brings a strong background in corporate strategy, sales, and transactional engagement that will help build Carebook into a truly global provider of digital and virtual care solutions.
Michael received his law degree from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law, and his MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business. He has been called to the bars of Ontario and New York State.
